This is a pair of vintage luggage trunks. An English, leather and brass bedside nightstand in the campaign manner, dating to the late 20th century, circa 1990.

• Appealing casework, with beautifully appointed detailing and finish
• Displaying a desirable aged patina and in good order throughout
• Quality leather tanned to a rich caramel hue with lightly aged finish
• Bound to the corners with quality brass cappings over leather straps
  
  
• Dressed with brass slide clasps to secure the lid — keys absent
• Once open, the cases remaining raised upon cornflower blue straps
• Bright burgundy coloured textile linings in pleasingly clean order
• The tactile lining adorned with brass press stud finish
  
  
• Heraldic interest to the front fascia, with a Royal Crown and lion emblem
• Situated below, a British Military bandmaster's lyre and crown badge
• Cases individually numbered as 1 and 2 in brass
• Brass drop handles adorn either side, for ease of carriage
